Welcome to the CPS Response to Intervention Webpage! Response to intervention (RTI) is a three-tiered approach to providing services to struggling learners and/or students with challenging behaviors. The goal of RTI is to provide services to children when they are needed in hopes of preventing most students from needed special education services.
